JABALPUR, India, Aug. 23 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 23:
1. The Corpus has been produced by Shri Sahab Singh Ivaney, Sub Inspector, Shri Ramesh Kumar, Head Constable 2824, Ms. Sheela Dangi, Constable-2462 Police Station Barasiya, District Bhopal.
2. The corpus is aged 17 years and 11 months. On the statement of the corpus, a case under BNS has been registered against respondent no.5 and the proceedings are pending. Corpus states that she wishes to stay with her mother.
3. Mother of corpus is also present and she is also willing to take her daughter back.
4. In view of the above, the custody of corpus is handed over to the parents.
5. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
