JABALPUR, India, July 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on June 19:
Petitioner seeks restoration of Writ Appeal No.2063 of 2023 that was dismissed vide peremptory order dated 08.11.2024.
In view of the averments made in the petition, MCC is allowed. Writ Appeal No.2063 of 2023 is restored to its original number.
Petitioner shall cure the defects within one week.
Accordingly, the MCC is disposed of.
Registry is directed to place the copy of this order along with the record of Writ Appeal No.2063 of 2023.
