JABALPUR, India, July 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on June 27:
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is a technical defect in the petition accordingly, petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive petition in accordance with law.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
