JABALPUR, India, Feb. 12 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 12:
Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to refund the adjustable security deposit, deposited by the petitioner pursuant to an advertisement dated 28.09.2013.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that agreement has been successfully completed however, the security deposit has not been refunded.
Perusal of the minutes of the Board of Directors of 4oth and 41th meeting prima facie shows that there is a dispute with regard to the refund of a security deposit.
