MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BAGHRAJIN INDUSTRIES SATNA AND OTHERS V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, May 14 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:

The petitioners have prayed for following relief in this petition:-

(i) That, this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to issue writ of mandamus- directing the respondents to renew the contract of the petitioner as per recommendation dated 12.02.2025 (Annexure P-5) within the period of 7 days.

(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to issue writ of mandamus that the respondents be directed to immediately issue the necessary delivery orders to the petitioner as per recommendation dated 12.02.2025 (Annexure P-5).

(iii) To grant any other relief deemed fit in the obtaining facts and circumstances in the interest of justice.
