JABALPUR, India, May 14 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:
1. It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made representation dated 25/02/2025 (Annexure P/5) to respondent No.2, however, same has not been decided till date.
2. In view of above, we hereby disposed off this writ petition by directing respondent No.2/State to decide the representation Annexure P/5 filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today after hearing the concerned parties and decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within three days thereafter.
