JABALPUR, India, Aug. 27 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 28:
Learned counsel for petitioners seek leave to withdraw the petition reserving the rights of the petitioners to prosecute an earlier petition being W.P.No.10263/2008, filed by the petitioners, stated to be still pending.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
