JABALPUR, India, Dec. 5 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 6:
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the order impugned dated 10.09.2025 had extended the period to publish the award up to 06.11.2025, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an application/initiate appropriate proceedings, for further enlargement of time to publish the award.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
