JABALPUR, India, Feb. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 8:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the petition, action has been taken by the department and illegal construction has been removed. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
2. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The respondent authority shall ensure that fresh encroachment does not take place on the said place.
