JABALPUR, India, Nov. 27 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 29:
1. Reference may be had to order dated 06.08.2025 of this Court which notices that the corpus was missing in the year 2001 and the subject petition has been filed in 2025 after gap of 24 years. The order denotes that missing person report was lodged and the case is still alive.
2 . The investigation was conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Police. The investigation ended at Delhi thereafter, investigation was further conducted with the aid of Delhi Police.
