By this petition petitioner is seeking restoration of the review petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 22.08.2025.
Said petition has been filed on 03rd September, 2025 within 11 days of the dismissal of the review petition for non-prosecution. The application is supported by an affidavit of the petitioner, who states that he is appearing in person and submits that there was an error in checking the cause list and listing of the case was not noticed.
