The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs :-
"(i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to immediately submit the enquiry report of the Enquiry Committee before this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent to constitute an independent judicial enquiry to investigate the irregularities in the recruitment process at Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal.
