JABALPUR, India, May 15 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following April 17:
This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs :-
"(A) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the Respondent authorities to stop the hospital of respondent no.5 because the respondent no. 5 does not have the proper.
(B) The Respondents authorities may further be commanded to the respondent to registered the FIR against the respondent no. 5 who collected to forged fabricated degree.
(C) Any other order/orders that this Hon'ble Court deems fit the proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be passed."
