JABALPUR, India, May 15 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following April 17:
Heard on I.A. No. 18180 of 2024 for modification of order dated 16.03.2018 passed by this court.
While allowing the application for release on bail of the petitioner, the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail on various conditions. The third condition was as under:-
"(3) The petitioner will deposit his passport, if available, with the Investigating Agency, else file affidavit in this Court declaring that the petitioner does not have any passport of any country. This compliance will be condition precedent for release on bail; and"
