Learned counsel for State prays for leave to file status report.

Corpus is present in Court.
Learned counsel for State submits that corpus was never detained and incarcerated.
Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that corpus has a grievance against the action taken by the police authorities accordingly, he is reserving the right of the corpus to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
The corpus is not in any illegal detention. No further orders are called for.
Petition is disposed of.
