1. Writ Appeal No.2640/2025 has been filed by Smt. Sarita Jain contending that after the order passed for removing the respondent No.1 Smt. Neha Jain, she was nominated on 29.08.2025 and as such she is directly affected by the result of the said appeals as well as the writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants i.e. State of Madhya Pradesh and Smt. Sarita Jain pray that the appeals be disposed of with a request to the learned Single Judge to expeditiously consider the writ petition and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
