JABALPUR, India, May 21 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 21:

1. The present appeal has been filed by the appellants on the ground that the Writ Court has failed to appreciate that the Writ Petitioners are not holding the educational Qualification viz. B.Sc. Nursing as prescribed for the post of "Nurse Orderly" in view of Rules of 1989. Therefore, they are not entitled to the pay scale of this post.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the Writ Court committed a grave error of law by passing the Order ignoring documents on record which go to show that the post of Ward Boy is equivalent to Nurse Orderly which she is seeking, thus, order of Writ Court be set aside whil...
