Learned counsel for the respondent on advance notice submits that respondent had approached before the learned Single Judge for review of the order dated 17.09.2025, appealed herein, however, the Court declined to entertain the review on the ground that the review at the behest of the respondents was not maintainable and held that the order could be re-looked only in case the appellant approaches the Court, since the appellant was not a party in the original writ petition.
