JABALPUR, India, Dec. 14 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgmenton Nov. 13:
1. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the contempt petition was disposed of in view of the reply filed by the respondents. He submits that the respondents had incorrectly stated that the order had been complied with even till date, order has not been complied with.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Contempt Court for recall of the order disposing of the contempt petition.
3. Petition, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
