JABALPUR, India, May 21 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 21:
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs :-
"(i) Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents no. 1 to 4 to ensure removal of encroachment made in khasra no. 254 & 298 situated at Village Ginjara, Tehsil Nagod, District Satna by respondents no. 5 to 7, in the interest of justice.
(ii) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper be also awarded including the cost of the petition, in the interest of the justice."
