JABALPUR, India, Sept. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 8:
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is a technical defect in the petition and he seeks to file a comprehensive petition. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Learned counsel for respondent who appears on advance notice raises an objection as to maintainability of the Public Interest Litigation.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
The question of maintainability is left open.
