The appellant, in this appeal, has impugned an order dated 14.05.2025 which has been passed on a representation given by the appellant pursuant to an order dated 04.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.A.No.428 of 2025. The order dated 14.05.2025 gives rise to an independent cause of action, if at all and as such an appeal would not be maintainable.
