JABALPUR, India, Jan. 27 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 5:
Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceeding in accordance with law inter alia impugning the chargesheet filed against her.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
