JABALPUR, India, Nov. 22 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 27:
1. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. He however, prays that appellant be given some reasonable time to join the place of posting.
2. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Appellant shall join the place of posting on or before 06.11.2025.
