JABALPUR, India, Oct. 16 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment on Sept. 15:
1. Petitioners in these petitions impugn order dated 20.11.2023, 19.10.2023, 18.11.2023, 09.12.2023 and 23.12.2023 issued by the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh in respect of the result of Churhat Bar Association Election, District-Sidhi on account of several disputes being raised by various individuals.
2. We note that the last election of the Bar Association was held on 16.06.2023 for a term of two years since the period is over, we deem it expedient to direct that a fresh election process be initiated and fresh election of the Bar Association be held.
