JABALPUR, India, Dec. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 19:
The subject petition has been filed as Public Interest Litigation seeking direction against private respondents No.6 to 8 inter alia embezzlement and misappropriation of government funds.
It is noticed that the petitioner has already approached the Lokayukt for the same.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the statements of petitioner have also been recorded before the Lokayukt.
Since the petitioner already lodged a complaint before the Lokayukt who is seized on the matter, we decline to conduct a parallel inquiry or issue notice in the subject petition. The same is accordingly dismissed without prejudice to the complaint filed ...
