JABALPUR, India, Jan. 20 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Dec. 19:
Learned Counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the concerned Writ Court by way of a review petition.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
