JABALPUR, India, Sept. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 8:
Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the Award in terms of Section 3G(6) of the National Highways Act, 1956.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
