JABALPUR, India, Nov. 13 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 13:
1. The Corpus has been produced in Court by Ms. Sandhya Tiwari, Sub Inspector and Ms. Rina Singh, Lady Constable 2926 of P.S. Gohalpur, Jabalpur.
2 . Investigating Officer submits that she had gone with respondent No.4 against whom appropriate criminal proceedings have already been initiated and he has presently incarcerated. The Corpus expresses her desire to return to her parental home.
3 . Father of the Corpus alongwith petitioner, brother of the Corpus are present in Court. They have also expressed their desire to take the Corpus to home.
