JABALPUR, India, Dec. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 3:
After some arguments, learned counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of the appellant to impugn the order of confiscation by way of an appeal and other appropriate remedy and also to seek compounding and release of the subject land.
Appeal is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
