JABALPUR, India, Dec. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 25:
Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that there are certain technical defects in the petition. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Since petitioner has withdrawn the petition, the caveat shall be separated and kept alive.
