JABALPUR, India, Oct. 21 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:
1. Petitioner has filed the subject public interest litigation seeking a direction to respondents to install view cutters so that the noise from the flyover does not travel beyond the flyover as well as the residents adjoining the flyover are not put any inconvenience.
2. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the flyover has become a place of entertainment by youngsters who are riding their bikes etc. at a high speed and are even make reels on the flyover thereby the disrupting the traffic and accidents are also being caused because of the said reason.
