JABALPUR, India, Dec. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 3:
Learned counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. However, he prays that appellant be granted some reasonable time to join the new place of posting.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Appellant shall report to the new place of posting on or before 17th November, 2025.
