JABALPUR, India, Jan. 20 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Dec. 19:
1. Petitioners have filed the subject petition seeking restoration of W.A. No.370/2021 with the delay of 1,203 days. The only contention of the petitioners is that the writ appeal which was filed in the year 2021 with certain defects and petitioners could not cure the defects in time.
2. The writ appeal was dismissed in terms of peremptory orders dated 09.06.2021 and 29.07.2021. Subject petition has been filed on 27.10.2025 with the delay of 1,203 days.
