JABALPUR, India, Jan. 27 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 5:
1. Learned counsel appearing for the State, on advance notice, submits that the State has also filed an appeal impugning the order dated 23.01.2024, which has been impugned in these appeals.
2. Learned counsel appearing for some of the private respondents submit that some of the appellants were not party to the writ petitions. However, some of the appellants have approached the learned Single Judge by way of a review petition.
3. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeals, without prejudice to the review petition filed by some of the appellants.
