Learned counsel for appellant submits that the person with whom appellant had earlier submitted an application for transfer on mutual exchange basis is still ready and willing to come however, the department has not accepted the request.
Learned Single Judge has granted liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the department as and when the reliever joins and it is administratively feasible. Since the contention of the appellant is that the other employee is still willing to come on mutual transfer basis, we grant liberty to the appellant to move a joint representation before the competent authority for transfer on mutual basis...
