JABALPUR, India, Nov. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 7:
1. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case the representations of the petitioner Annexures P/4 and P/8 are decided by the respondents.
2. The petition, is accordingly, disposed of directing the respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law.
