JABALPUR, India, Jan. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Dec. 18:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even in the reply, respondents have admitted the amount claimed by the petitioner, however state that the amount shall be paid as and when the allocation is received from the higher authorities.
Accordingly, petition is disposed off directing the respondents to clear the admitted amount within a period of two months from today. In case, petitioner is dissatisfied by the amount cleared by the respondents, the petitioner shall be entitled to initiate appropriate proceedings for recovery of the same in accordance with the contract terms.
