To strengthen citizen-centric governance, a live session was conducted today by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) and the Common Services Centres (CSC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Employment and CSC VLEs to address EPFO-related grievances received on the CPGRAMS portal.
The session was attended by key dignitaries including Shri V.
