The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to use the certified copy of the documents filed in this criminal miscellaneous petition.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
