RANCHI, India, May 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 21:
1. Learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the O.P.nos.1 and 2.
2. O.P.No.3 has refused to take notice. Thus, notice upon him is deemed to
be validly served. An affidavit to that effect has been filed by the learned
counsel for the petitioners.
3. So far as the O.P.No.4 is concerned, notice upon him is deemed to be validly served as indicated in the order dated 09.02.2024.
4. With a view to provide one more opportunity to the O.P.Nos.3 and 4 the matter is being adjourned.
5. Let this matter appear under the appropriate heading after two weeks.
