RANCHI, India, April 6 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 6:
Heard the parties.
Issue notice to the respondent No.2 in the matter of admission.
The petitioners are directed to file requisites for service of notice upon the respondent No.2 in the matter of admission by registered post with A/D as well as under process of the court within three weeks failing which; this W.P. (Cr.) shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
Rule is made returnable within six weeks.
In case the requisites are filed, list this W.P. (Cr.) after receipt of the service report of the notice issued to the said respondent.
