This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding including the order taking cognizance dated 13.08.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with C.P. Case No.3103 of 2017 whereby and where under the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Dhanbad has taken cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.
