2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Peterwar (Tenughat O.P.) PS Case No. 40 of 2025, registered under Sections 303 (2)/317 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Section 30 (ii) of Coal Mines Act, pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bermo at Tenughat.
