The petitioner has moved this Court for grant of bail in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No.112 of 2023 (Special POCSO Case No.64 of 2024) registered for the offences punishable under sections 376(3)/323/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/6 of POCSO Act.
