RANCHI, India, May 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 4:
1. The present interlocutory application has been filed under section 21(5) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 for condonation of delay of 17 days in preferring Cr. Appeal (DB) No.350 of 2025.
2. The learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
