RANCHI, India, June 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 13:

2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 210 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 386 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191(3), 103 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.
3. On 18.12.2024, at about 10:30 a.m., the brother of the Informant was intercepted by six persons including the petitioner near Block No.-04, Saraswati Shishu Mandir School, Shastri Nagar, Jamshedpur.
