1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 46(A) of 2012 arising out of Barwadih P.S. Case No. 54 of 2008, for the offence registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar.
3. On 30.08.2008 at about 4:30 pm., 5 to 6 persons committed bus dacoity near Baksamore, Barwadih.
