RANCHI, India, Jan. 20 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 19:
As prayed, four weeks' time is granted to counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Registry, failing which the writ petition shall be deemed to be dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to the Bench.
