RANCHI, India, Dec. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 19:
1. The instant writ application has been preferred for regularization. Thereafter, certain developments took place and the case for regularization of the petitioner has been rejected twice.
2. Since the case of the petitioner has been rejected twice; as such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh writ application challenging the final order of rejection of his regularization.
3. There is no objection from the respondents.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed.
